2. Nature of Services
We provide private, non-NHS healthcare services including weight-management consultations and (in future) travel clinic services.
3. No Supply Without Assessment
Medication supply will only occur after:
- A completed consultation
- A clinical review
- Two-way communication where required
We may decline treatment if it is clinically inappropriate.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Patients must:
- Provide accurate medical information
- Follow clinical instructions
- Update us on any health changes
5. Payments & Refunds
All services are private and chargeable.
Refunds are only issued when:
- A clinical service cannot be completed
- There has been a pharmacy error
Returns
Due to safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of medications (prescription or non-prescription) once they leave the premises.
If an error is made by the pharmacy, we will accept returns and issue a refund. Returned medicines will be safely disposed of.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.
Your data is stored securely and accessed only for clinical care.

- Incorrect patient information
